Lady Bulldogs Senior Night

My sisters team had their last home game last week, and I could only make it to the last 2 minutes of the game, so I took a few posed shots after the game. Lady Bulldogs had a tough season, all played well but they were short of making the MIAA tournament.

Panther Hockey: Senior Night.

Avon Panthers hosted Nantucket High School, Wednesday February 17th at the Joseph Z Arena in Randolph Mass. It was the Panthers senior night which brought it a lot of fans. It was a tough fought battle by both teams. Avon ended up loosing 6-3, with one senior down after the first period; kicked out for roughing the goalie. It was a tough call made by the refs, personally I thought it was bull, but I didn't have the striped shirt on.
I used off camera flash, triggered Master to Slave with my Nikon D90. 18-135 mm.

Sunlight.

This was some of my scene while doing a portraiture shoot yesterday morning... just loved the flare mostly, not the dead trees. Just wanted to share.

Made in photoshop with two images layered, then turned black and white.
Tried to make it look like it has been sitting in a drawer for years, besides the updated uniforms and court.

Marines.

My friend Ian is in the Marines and just came back from his tour over seas. He wanted an updated headshot for his family before he left for California for another year and a half in the Marines.
